Cetaphil is a skincare brand that has been known and loved globally for many years. In 2019, Cetaphil wanted to increase awareness and sales in the Benelux. They partnered up with Scooperz for their social media marketing.

In order to lift their brand on social media and sales online, we combined our effective HUB/HERO campaign strategy with the latest brand awareness marketing techniques. Three large HERO campaigns were combined with ongoing HUB content on Facebook and Instagram in the Benelux.
We believe in the power of highly personalized advertising. By segmenting the audience by age group and position in the customer journey, we designed personalized ads that showed up in the audience’s Facebook and Instagram feeds. Each campaign had at least 60 different ads to realize the best conversion.
The ongoing HUB content included informative blogs, facts, and interactive Instagram Stories with which we ensured a top of mind position and created brand loyalty amongst audiences. All in order to turn Cetaphil into a lovebrand!
The 30+ million campaign views in the Benelux have led to almost 1 million engagements, video views, and website clicks. In addition, a conversion lift of 35% in the Benelux was realized.
